This spacious and warm house comfortably accommodates families, friends and small groups, or is spacious for 2, 4, 6 people. Located in a listed historic hamlet, in the heart of a superb state forest, it benefits from a particularly quiet and preserved environment. The hamlet is essentially composed of our two holiday houses and our home: we are the only two inhabitants year-round. The space It has 3 family bedrooms, with 3 double beds and 4 single beds, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. You have a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and 2 bathrooms. The living room opens directly onto a private garden with outdoor furniture. On sunny days, the furnished summer shelter, the barn, offers additional space for meals and leisure time, complements the living spaces, and allows you to comfortably gather with family or friends. open until the end of September and beginning of October, depending on the weather. Guest access Guests have the entire house as well as the private garden with garden furniture, barbecue and brazier. Parking is free in the area, close to the house. The accommodation is independent and located in the hamlet of Cherlieu, a small quiet site surrounded by forest. A place that lends itself as well to calm and silence as it does to festive moments: musicians, singers, and bands are welcome and can enjoy the space without worrying about disturbing the neighborhood. Heating is provided by a pellet stove, supplemented by electric radiators. 1 bag of pellets per day and 8 kWh of electricity per day are included. Beyond that, consumption is charged at the rate. The home retains the charm of an old country house, with some authentic elements mixed with modern amenities. The place is also popular with bikers: garages are available in the estate to park motorcycles in the shelter and enjoy the calm of the hamlet after a day's drive.
