Other things to note This is a downstairs unit and requires the ability to go down a full flight of stairs from the parking area to the unit and up the stairs upon leaving the unit. Handrails are on both sides of the stairs to provide added safety. For security purposes a Ring doorbell camera is placed at the exterior front door. No other cameras exist on the property.
