There are all the amenities for you to enjoy during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a three-piece bathroom with a shower, hairdryer/straightener, robes and towels. The bedroom comes with a queen size bed, picture frame tv, sink and ample cupboard space. Oh, and there is a hot tub and wifi for streaming! The space This 320-square-foot home is all you need to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is located on 38 acres of hay fields, and treed sections, one of which a lovely stream runs through and of course the beautiful Little Bouctouche River. Beach shoes are highly recommended when enjoying the beach as there are many sea shells. The river offers many wonderful activities throughout the seasons such as paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing /ice fishing, tubing, skating and of course swimming. The property allows for snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and is located on the NB Snowmobile trail for easy access during the winter months. Please ask us about the availability of sporting goods for our guests (such as paddleboards, life jackets, snowshoes, tubes, ice fishing, ice safety, etc). Nearby towns are a quick drive. Bouctouche would be the nearest town and has many restaurants, gas stations, tourist sites, a grocery store, pharmacies, NBLiquor, a farmers market in the summer and much more. Guest access Guests have access to much of the property as well as sporting goods by request. Other things to note This location is not recommended for children as the lodging is made for a couple. We certainly do love children but also know we need to share them with others who love them just as much. Enjoy the getaway, fall asleep in the hammock under the sun, enjoy a meal barbequed over charcoal in the ceramic cooker, relax in the hot tub under the stars, roast some marshmallows over the fire, then cuddle up for a movie under the covers.
