You can enjoy a quiet or active stay, with fishing, hiking, swimming, barbecuing, a boat or canoe trip. Beds are made when you and your party arrive. Cleaning, as well as Wi-Fi, is always included. The space Accommodation description: As you step through the doors to the large villa, you will be welcomed by a spacious hall and a large living room. Here you have plenty of room to hang out with your loved ones. Sit down and talk, barbecue, take a swim in the lake, play tennis, billiards or board games, cook and just have a good time. Bedrooms: The villa sleeps up to 16 people, in 8 bedrooms. On the first floor there is a large kitchen, living room/dining room for 30-42 seated guests, three bedrooms with two single beds in each and a toilet. On the second floor, there are five double rooms, with two single beds in each room. There is a toilet with shower and then a large living room with fireplace, TV, sofas, armchairs and billiard table. Large, well-equipped kitchen: The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped and you have access to most of what you need to cook a delicious meal. There is a basic assortment of spices, cooking oils and the like. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, two stoves, two microwaves, coffee maker, kettle, waffle iron, pots and pans of different sizes, frying pan, mixer, bowls and a lot of other things. Of course, there is a dishwasher. Dining room/conference In the large dining room/living room there is a large fireplace. There is room for up to 42 seated guests. The room works great for parties, food and even conferences as there is a whiteboard and a 75-inch TV on the wall. Consumables: You have access to toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, coffee/tea, coffee filters, salt, pepper, rapeseed oil, olive oil and a lot more. If you are going to stay longer or if you are many people, it may be good to bring your own goods, contact us before and we will help you. Sauna and gym Enjoy a swim in the lake and then hike up to the sauna, which is located at the bottom of the main building. It also has a gym, extra showers and toilets. The sauna and gym are included in the accommodation, but let us know in advance that you want to book an appointment so that your plans do not conflict with any of the other guests'. Cozy lounges The large villa offers plenty of opportunities for you and your party to relax and socialize. Space for many to barbecue and socialize, play, play games or find your own cozy corner to read and just be. If you and your party want to spend the evenings with exciting billiard matches, there is a billiard table. Barbecue evenings You have access to a patio overlooking the lake, there are two grills of a larger model. Please let us know in advance if you would like to have a barbecue, so we can help you. Things to do outdoors: There are plenty of opportunities to find fun activities. With us, all outdoor activities are included, including tennis, a boat and canoes. Play tennis or soccer at our facility. There are also activities such as kubb, fireball and more. Tennis rackets, tennis balls, soccer balls are available to borrow. If you're keen on fishing, there's free fishing at our dock. Everyone who lives in the area shares what there is to do, so get along nicely. In addition to activities in the area, there are plenty of attractions to visit and opportunities for outdoor activities in the nearby area. Why not bring your family to the fairy tale trail, or visit one of the castles in the area. Just around the corner is Sörmlandsleden, running tracks and much more. There is free fishing in parts of Orrhammaren, Taljasjön and Gårdssjön. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you the use of our canoes or boat in any lake other than Orrhammaren. A place for activity and enjoyment: In the villa, you can enjoy and have a good time in a beautiful, rural environment, perfect for those who are looking for peace and quiet or want space to hang out with family and friends. In the villa there is plenty of space, and plenty of opportunity for various activities both on land and in the lake. Guest access The guests will have access to the large house (the main building) if nothing is stated in the agreement. Floors 1 and 2. The basement is also accessible to other guests in the area. In the basement there is a sauna, gym and laundry room, which other guests in the area need access to. Few people use it, but it can happen. Other guests have access via a separate entrance to the basement with a code and do not have access to other parts of the house.
