The space The ZUM LANDHAUS was originally built in 1900 as an inn on the North Sea and was a gastronomic establishment with a long history. In the past, travelers could stay here and enjoy the fresh North Sea air. Where the car parking spaces welcome our guests today, there used to be stables and feeding for their exhausted horses. In recent years, the house has been converted into a modern vacation apartment building through an extensive core renovation. This created an exciting and visible contrast between old and new.
