Central apartment with two bedrooms

Nice apartment with a central location ten minutes walk from the city center. Two bedrooms with a total of three beds. Grocery store and bus stop nearby. If you have a car, you can park in the parking facility for a fee. There are stairs leading to the apartment. No elevator. If you are more in the same travel party, you must book for all (max3) The space The apartment is in a block with common outdoor areas. There are many families with children in the area and there are nice play areas for the children. The area is centrally located close to the city center and close to the lake. There are nice beach walks in the area. All the city's amenities are within walking distance and there are several grocery stores in the area. The apartment has a private entrance and you lock yourself in via a key box. The apartment is small, yet practical. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to cook good food. Spices and oils are free. There is a coffee machine/coffee maker and kettle available. Coffee and tea are free. There are two smart TVs in the apartment, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. There is also a fast cable network that you can connect to. The largest bed is 150 cm wide and equipped with two duvets and plenty of pillows. The smallest bed is 120 cm and equipped with a duvet and pillows. There are plenty of towels available. The bathroom is equipped with simple toiletries such as soap and shampoo. Hairdryer and steamer/iron are available. There is also a washing machine with integrated tumble dryer in the bathroom. There is a door from the living room and out to a small plot where there is morning sun. There is also outdoor furniture available during summer time. Otherwise, there is a common roof terrace where there is afternoon sun/midnight sun and views of the city and the lake. In winter, it is possible to see the northern lights play when the weather conditions allow it. There are good bus connections in the area and if you go up the stairs one floor you can go straight out to a bus stop. Guest access As a Guest you have an access to the entire apartment. You lock yourself in via a key box. Other things to note If you are two people, it is nice if I know if you will use both bedrooms.
