Guest access 🌿 To keep our apartments fresh and comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that guests refrain from smoking or vaping indoors. If you’d like to smoke, we’ve prepared a relaxing spot under the trees with chairs where you can unwind. 🚭 Other things to note Welcome to Royal Crowne Residences (formerly Oakridge Residences)! We’re happy to host you and would like to share some important details about our location and facilities so you can have the best possible stay with us: Location: Our property is situated on a hilltop along a narrow alley. Sedans, SUVs, vans, and even Elf trucks can access the road, but please note that 9th Street is an uphill rough road with large potholes. The Apas jeepney terminal is just 200 meters away. Walking uphill may be a bit challenging for seniors or guests with mobility issues. Transportation: Most Grab drivers can bring you directly to our property. If a driver declines, you may report it to Grab support, as they are expected to complete the trip. Internet: We provide PLDT Fiber internet, but as with most providers in the Philippines, occasional service interruptions may occur. We suggest bringing a backup mobile internet connection, especially if you need reliable access for work or emergencies. Amenities: To help keep our rates affordable, please note that starting December 10, 2023, we will no longer be providing complimentary soap and shampoo. Kindly bring your own toiletries. Community: Our place is located beside a basketball court, where barangay activities may occasionally take place. This may mean some lively sounds from community events. Housekeeping for Long Stays (effective January 1, 2024): Towels will be changed every 4 days.
