We welcome beach and hike enjoyers to conveniently use this shower to wash off sand and dirt before stepping inside. We offer a spacious two-bedroom apartment, ideal for both short and long-term stays. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the second bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with single beds that can be converted into a king-sized bed upon request, and an extra inflatable bed can be arranged for more than 4 guests if scheduled in advance of at least 24 hours' notice. A crib is also available for babies or toddlers. We're pet-friendly too, so bring your furry friend along for the adventure! Pets get additional ammenities when requested. This apartment is equipped with essential amenities to ensure a comfortable stay on the second floor. When it's time to rest, you'll appreciate our comfortable beds and air conditioning in the bedrooms. Enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets in the balcony with gas-powered BBQ grill, retractable awning, and seating for six. A full laundry space with washer and dryer are located in the balcony when exiting the second door to the right. The living area, decorated in a Puerto Rican style, provides a relaxed atmosphere and is equipped with fast 500mbps fiber Wi-Fi and a 50-inch TV. The kitchen is full sized, you're welcome to ask what amenities it includes. To enhance your experience, our apartment is powered by a solar energy system, backed by a reliable power outage battery to ensure an uninterrupted stay. In addition, we have a water cistern to provide water during any water outages. The bathroom includes an in shower water heater. For late night check-ins, we've thought ahead with color-changing lights to illuminate the entrance, and our gate proudly displays the name, Tropical Breezy. Located in a serene area, our apartment offers a blend of comfort, safety, practicality, and eco-conscious living, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire second-floor apartment during their stay. Access is provided through a self check-in lockbox, allowing you to arrive at your convenience after check-in time. Once you retrieve the keys, you will go up the stairs to the second-floor unit.
