The space This 3-bedroom house is perched on the edge of a hill overlooking the Indian Ocean and Wilderness lagoon. From this vantage point you can enjoy the sunrise, the sunset and all the views in between… The house has a range of entertaining spaces that make it the perfect place for a family or group of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing break away. There’s a swimming pool and patio area with views over Wilderness beach, offering a vantage point for whale and dolphin watching. Indoors, the large open-plan kitchen and dining area provide a space where meals can be enjoyed together. The house has three bedrooms. Two have en-suite facilities while the third has a private bathroom across the corridor. Each room has sliding patio doors that open onto the pool area, with views over the ocean. The rear deck has views over the forest and an undercover outdoor dining area and chess table. Aloe House is available for rent during December and January and the month of June only. The pool is built on a protruding rock, so the bottom of the pool is uneven. No diving! The house is built on the very edge of the hilltop and there are some steep drops. Set in 9 hectares of indigenous bush, this is a high fire risk area, so please only make fires in designated areas and never leave fires unattended. Please do not dispose of cigarettes by throwing them onto the ground.
