The main living room, decorated with works of art, combines with the adjacent dining area and creates a suitable space for sophisticated entertainment, also with a romantic fireplace for the winter. The luxurious kitchen is ready to accommodate the most demanding chef or supplier. The house includes a hallway with a separate guest toilet, three bedrooms with large closets, one with a separate walk-in closet. There are 2 double beds (150 m and 160 m wide), 2 large single beds and 3 bathrooms, two with bathtub/toilet and a small and basic one with shower/toilet. The outdoor area is amazing, with a large spacious pool, terraces, sun loungers, barbecue area, a 4th bathroom with shower/toilet and, in front of the house, a large space to park your cars inside the closed gate. You have access to a rooftop terrace, from which you have even better views than from the pool area and where you can also enjoy the sparkling lights of Faro. Distances: Villa Monte dos Agostos is a 20-minute drive from the airport, located on top of a large south-facing hill, where only beautiful villas are hidden in the vegetation. At the base of the hill, there is a tennis club with 3 courts and a paddle tennis court. A little further down is the renowned Raízes restaurant. All this is a 10-15 minute walk from the villa. The bungalow is located between the towns of Loulé and São Brás de Alportel, where you can do your shopping in 10 minutes by car. There are many restaurants here and in the area. The monumental covered market in Loulé and the streets around it in the old center are very popular. The most beautiful long beaches are a 20-minute drive away. Here are also the pleasant fishing villages of Olhão, Fuseta and, a little further away, Tavira. From Olhão, Faro, Fuseta or Tavira, you can take one of the ferries to the sandy islands in the protected landscape of Ria Formosa. Due to its central location, the luxurious Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago are also just a 20-minute drive away. Mar Shopping, with an outlet and supermarket, is just a 10-minute drive away.
