Casa Luna Vista is a family/pet friendly, tranquil desert home with 3 beds / 2 baths (plus a sofa sleeper in the living room) on 2.5 private/fenced acres in Flamingo Heights with a well-equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining area with fireplace, patio, fire pit, grill, adirondack chairs, pergola, bocce ball, hot tub, and cowboy pool! There is a desk with a large monitor for those working remotely along with high-speed internet!!! There's also a piano and guitar available. Long stay discounts! The space Stargaze while sitting by the fire after cooking an amazing meal and dining at the outdoor dining table under the pergola. Or mix up a batch of frozen margaritas with our margarita machine and stay cool soaking in the cowboy pool (summer only). 3 beds plus a queen sofa sleeper. Ideal group is 6 but can accommodate up to 8. There is a 2000sf patio that wraps around the entire house providing easy access to the hot tub and cowboy pool. There's a large custom dining table that seats up to 12 guests for al fresco dining. Each bedroom has a 42" smart tv! We have 2.5 acres so there's plenty of parking! There's even room for your RV and/or toy hauler. We have hosted race teams during the famous KOH race week. The surrounding area: Flamingo Heights is an amazing community and home to La Copine and Giant Rock Meeting Room. The Integratron, Pappy & Harriets and Joshua Tree National Park are just minutes away. Notes: -Our hot tub technician/cleaner comes every Thursday afternoon but this is subject to change based on weather and his busy schedule. If you have pets, please keep them inside and/or leashed. -The cowboy pool is only available during hot summer months. We are dog friendly but require our dog owner guests to clean up after their dog! NOTE: The property is fenced in but if your dog is an escape artist and has a tendency to run off, you should keep it on a leash!!! Discounts applied on long-term rentals of 3 days or longer. Enjoy playing the vintage 1962 Baldwin upright studio piano that gets tuned regularly. No parties / events! We have neighbors and want to respect the peace and quiet here in the desert!!! The area sometimes has power outages - especially in bad weather. This is part of life here in the desert. We keep lanterns, candles and firewood for your use and the power generally isn't out for more than a few hours. We have firewood primarily to keep the house warm should the power go out, if you burn logs, we appreciate it if you replenish so we can maintain our wood pile for the next guests.
