Located just minutes from the iconic Cerro La Patria viewpoint, this space will allow you to enjoy unique panoramic views while immersing yourself in the peace of the surroundings. The space includes a balcony with spectacular views of the green landscapes, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Inside you will find a living room with a fireplace perfect for cool nights, a fully equipped kitchen and cozy bedrooms that guarantee a restful sleep. The cabin not only offers a natural and cozy atmosphere, but also has a number of amenities ideal for the whole family. Outside, there is a playground where little ones can enjoy outdoor games, while adults can relax in the garden. In addition, the property has a pool table, perfect for moments of fun and recreation. For those who enjoy barbecues, the cabin has a fully equipped barbecue grill, ideal for preparing delicious outdoor meals. We have: • Living room: A cozy area with comfortable sofas, ideal for relaxing and enjoying with family or friends. • Balcony: An outdoor space where you can enjoy the fresh air and panoramic views of the area, ideal for having a drink or reading a book. • Bedroom: Private space with comfortable beds, closets and quality sheets to ensure your rest. • Bathrooms: All bathrooms are stocked with towels, hygiene products, and hot water. • Kitchen: Fully equipped with appliances, utensils and everything you need to prepare your meals. • Pool table: An entertainment area to enjoy fun pool games. • Fire pit: An outdoor area with a fire pit to spend pleasant nights around the fire, perfect for chatting and socializing. • Churrasquera (grill): Equipment for barbecues and enjoying outdoor meals in a comfortable atmosphere. Respect the areas designated for each activity. • No smoking inside the cabin: For safety and comfort reasons for all guests, smoking is prohibited inside the cabin. Make use of the outdoor areas for this. • Pets: No pets are allowed during the stay. Please consider this, otherwise there will be a surcharge. •No parties or events are allowed without authorization. • Avoid excessive noise or loud music: Music or sound devices should be used at a volume that does not disturb the peace of other neighbors. • Proper closing of doors and windows: For your safety and to prevent the entry of insects or animals, be sure to close the doors and windows properly when you are not in the cabin or at night. • Respectful behavior towards other guests: Respecting the privacy and well-being of other neighbors is essential.
