The space This is a private room in a four bedroom home with one shared bathroom. The bed includes 100% cotton bedding, a supportive foam mattress, and four pillows. There is a closet and dresser for your personal items, along with a desk and chai and 43" smart tv. The bedroom door is secured with a keypad lock. The home’s common areas include a living room, dining room, updated kitchen, laundry room, and backyard. Guest access You will have full access to common areas. Enjoy reading a book in the cozy, sunny living room or sit down to a meal in the dining room. The kitchen includes a gas stove, dishwasher, cooking essentials, and labels on cabinets/in the fridge for your food items. Laundry is easily accessible inside the home so you won’t have to trek down to a basement or the local laundromat. During your stay I live a short drive away from the home and can be available if any issues arise during your stay. The best way to reach me is through the Airbnb app. Other things to note There is one parking space in the driveway available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Free street parking is available except on Fridays 7am-4pm (trash day). At that time, you will need to either coordinate driveway parking with any other guests or be away from the home 7am-4pm.
