This elegantly decorated Penthouse with high quality amenities is very centrally located making it easy to plan your visit. Within walking distance there are a variety of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping, movie hall, swimming pool, parks, etc. The space The Penthouse is located very central right next to the train station Hanau West. It consists of a large living/dining area with almost floor to ceiling glass doors making it very bright and airy (there's also electric roller shutters for extra privacy). The large terrace with a nice view is the perfect place to relax! In the living room there is a large smart TV with premium sound system which has most multimedia apps like Netflix, Disney+, Apple Music, etc. as well as dimmable multi colour LED ceiling/wall lights that can be adjusted to suit your mood. The open & modern island styled kitchen is equipped with high quality electronics like refrigerator, oven/microwave, induction stove, large dishwasher, etc. Last but not least there is a fully automated beans-to-coffee machine to help you start your day fresh. There are 3 bedrooms with the master bedroom having a large double-bed & en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be easily converted to a double 180*200 bed if required.
