The ground floor is composed of: ● a real indoor pool, heated to 30 degrees all year round for swimming comfort even in winter (secured by a rigid shutter when closed) ● a beautiful living room with kitchen, living room and dining area surrounding the pool and offering a lovely view of the landscaped garden thanks to its large bay windows. ● a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, and toilet ●a very good quality sofa bed in the living room (140 x 190) The floor is composed of: ● a 1st bedroom with large comfortable double bed 160×200 + private shower room (large walk-in shower + sink + toilet) ● a 2nd bedroom with large comfortable double bed 160×200 ● a 3rd bedroom with comfortable double bed 140 x 190 ● a 4th bedroom with 2 single beds (possibility of bringing them together for a couple) + 1 small bunk bed for small children + 1 folding single bed ● a play area on the landing with arcade games and toys for all ages ● All windows are equipped with roller blinds or blackout blinds.
