The large den downstairs is a social hub, equipped with board games and a hoops basketball game. Downstairs houses two bedrooms, one with two full beds and one alcove with bunk beds. Step outside to a vast backyard or indulge in some hoops on the driveway's basketball goal. Fully furnished with essential supplies, including a Keurig machine and coffee pot, your stay promises convenience and relaxation. The bottom driveway, paved for easy navigation, leads to a few steps taking you to the welcoming porch. From there, a few more steps grant entry into the home. Whether you prefer a paved or gravel approach, our space ensures accessibility and a seamless transition into a comfortable stay. Other things to note - We kindly request our guests to refrain from hosting parties during their stay to maintain a tranquil atmosphere for everyone in the neighborhood. - To ensure a pleasant environment for all our guests, we kindly ask that there be no smoking inside the premises - We welcome a maximum of 2 pets for a $100 fee per stay.
