Your home away from home! Welcome to our happy place – a friendly, relaxing, peaceful location set in its own little pocket away from the hustle and bustle of Wollongong CBD. The space The property is located only a short distance from a range of amenities including: - 400m to Port Kembla Beach and ocean swimming pool - 50 meters to the Coastal Cycleway - 10-minute stroll to local cafe's, pubs and take-away stores - 5-minute walk to the children's playground - 1.7kms to shopping centre and cinemas -10kms to Wollongong CBD. Transport options include bicycle via the coastal cycleway, bus, train, taxi or Uber. - 5-minute drive to the boat ramp - 5-minute drive to Lake Illawarra - 5-minute drive to Port Kembla Golf Course - 15-minute drive to the escarpment offering great hikes and views over the Illawarra The property sleeps up to 10 people with three queen beds, one bunk bed and one queen sofa bed downstairs. There are three bathrooms, two bathtubs, two living areas, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge area, an 8-seat dining table, a BBQ, a pizza oven, a small gym, and a combined ping pong/pool/outdoor dining table. A 6-metre swim spa, consiting of a pool and spa, which can be set to individual temperatures of between 16 and 40 degrees, is available all-year round. The north-facing, sun-filled backyard is fully enclosed. There is a large trampoline and outdoor shower. Parking is available on the driveway as well as street parking. Linen, bath and beach towels are provided. A pooch paradise, Port Kembla offers multiple off-leash options for man's best friend, all within walking distance. These include: - Reserve at the end of the street (50m walk) - Port Kembla Beach (dog-friendly from the southern car park) - MM Beach - Coomaditchy Lagoon (on-leash) Guest access Note: There is no access to the under-house storage area (see floor plan image).
