There is also a large flat screen television to enjoy a movie for a quiet night in. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking essentials. The primary bedroom features a King sized bed with superior 400 thread count sheets, and flat screen television. The ensuite master bathroom has a shower. The guest bedroom has two twin sized beds and connected bathroom that features a step in shower and linens. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet weekend in The Keys. It is also conveniently located between Islamorada and Key Largo, perfect for sport fisherman and dive enthusiast! Your condo will come stocked with the following items in your Welcome Kit to get you started for a fun and relaxing stay in the Upper Keys: two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom; two rolls of paper towels in the kitchen; dishwashing capsules; laundry detergent capsules or liquid; one pack of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom; trash bags; hand soap; and dish soap. PETS AND SMOKING ARE PROHIBITED Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property. *Jet Boats or Jet Skis NOT permitted.
