Great location, minutes from Franconia-Springfield Blue Line Metro, quick 20-minute drive to into Washington, D.C., 5 minutes from Wegmans, Walmart, and less than 10 minutes from Springfield Town Centre (aka Mall). Guest access You will be accessing the basement through the backyard. You will be walking on grass to enter the house. On the door there is a smart lock. I will send you the code after you reserve.
