The Little Space on Buffet Place

It's a cozy place in which to stay for a work trip or a getaway. The space is accessible via a private entrance. The kitchen is equipped for most cooking needs and the TV has a Roku and an Xbox 360. Guests can use the patio where there is a bench swing, fire pit, and table and chairs for a meal outdoors. The owners live in the house above with their toddlers. You will hear footsteps of the people above and the toddlers playing. The space It is a two bedroom basement apartment accessible via a private entrance at the back of the house. The house was built in 1957. Sprinklers go on at 9 am on even numbered dates during the growing season. Guest access Back yard, patio, and fire pit. Other things to note The train station is a ten minute walk away. There are great restaurants, bars, shops and a movie theater in the center of town about a mile and a half north on New York Avenue.
