The space About this space This Architecturally renovated character home is located 5 minutes from the Scarborough beach. Scarborough beach has a range of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, playgrounds, a pool and other exciting ammenties. The newly constructed Karrinyup Centre is less than a 5 minute drive. It has a large shopping complex, restaurants, cinemas, bowling and game centres. The space The Bedrooms The house contains 4 lovely bedrooms, which have plenty of light and outlook to garden or trees. All bedrooms have blinds curtains as well as a ceiling fan to ensure a peaceful night sleep. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, robe, desk and pendant lights both sides of the bed. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your enjoyment as well as a hairdryer. The second bedroom is a large room with a king single bed, large robe, bedside table and desk. The third bedroom is equipped with a king single bed, single trundle mattress under the bed, robe, desk and bedside table. The fourth bedroom has a king single bed, bed side table and shelving unit. The second bathroom comes with a modern walk in shower and a bathtub for relaxing with a cup of tea or glass of wine. Living area The spacious living room comes with a comfortable couch and is perfect for relaxing and watching a movie or reading a book. This room is equipped with a smart TV with access to Netflix, Youtube and other streaming services. There are plenty of board games as well! This area is supplied with an air conditioner to keep cool in the summer. Outdoor area The spacious outdoor area has a built in seating area, dining table, weber and outdoor shower. The front deck overlooks the garden and has seating for a morning cup of coffee or tea. The birds feed on the native plants in the front garden. Play Equipment The front yard has a trampoline and children's monkey bars to keep the kids entertained. There is a gate that can be closed to prevent kids wandering off! Cleaning This house is professionally cleaned before every stay with all linen laundered. Dishwasher tablets are provided along with washing detergent to allow use of the dishwasher and washing machine. Kitchen This home comes with a fully-equipped kitchen to meet all of your needs for a pleasant stay. There is a coffee machine as well as tea, salt, pepper, oil and spices etc to ensure you have an enjoyable and convenient stay. WiFi This home comes with free WiFi available for out guests to enjoy. Parking Outdoor parking space for two vehicles in the driveway of the property. No Smoking Policy Please note there is a strict no smoking policy anywhere on the premises. Any smoking on the premises will result in an additional charge of $1000 to cover the costs of cleaning the property. No Parties This property is in a residential area, therefore please respect our neighbours by adhering to our quiet times between 10pm – 8am. Guest access Enjoy a quick and easy check-in with the keys ready in the secure lock box for your arrival. The code for the lock-box will be provided on the day of check-in.
