Premium beds: 1 K, 1 Q, 1 K, converts to 2 singles. Open plan living in kitchen/dining area. Includes work space, sep. lounge. Both bathrooms have showers, 2nd bathrm has heated floor. Conservatory leads to private fenced yard. Laundry has sink & washer. Free parks, Free Wi-Fi, 65" SmartTV, & heat pump. The space We enjoy renovating and adding 'a special touch' to our property giving guests a pleasurable stay. Original polished rimu floors; plush new cut pile carpet in the bedrooms. The lounge has new furniture, a 65" Smart TV with FREE WiFi. Our 3 Bedrooms have new premium beds: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 King converts to 2 single beds Enjoy a great night's sleep with the added comfort of mattress toppers, (in the winter) electric blankets in K & Q bedrooms. Quality linen and a range of different pillows to suit your preference. Our kitchen is equipped with new tableware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, fridge & microwave. Complementary milk, tea, coffee, and a small stock of herbs/spices are in the pantry. Stefan is a hobby beekeeper; he'll leave a small jar of his honey for you to take home with you when you leave. The kitchen and laundry is stocked with cleaning products for short stays. The 2 bathrooms have a small stock of items for short stays. 2nd bathroom was refurbished in 2024, includes heated tiled floors. We think it looks amazing. Hopefully you'll have time to sit and enjoy breakfast or a night cap in our conservatory which looks on to a private yard with fruit trees, please help yourself to the fruit when it's in season. Recent Renovations: Installed new fence in the backyard. 2023 replaced both toilets and replaced bath. Installed UPVC double glazed windows in bathrooms, dining and lounge areas. 2024 2nd bathroom upgraded to include new shower, heated tiled flooring. Added a 'privacy' trellis off the dining room patio. For young families upon request, we can provide a travel cot & high chair (allowing for a 7 person stay). Property Care: Lawns are cut every 2 weeks. We try to have the lawns cut before guests arrive. If you'd rather our contractor not cut the lawns during your stay, can you please message me soon after your booking confirmation so I can notify our gardener.
