Fast WiFi and Smart TV's in each room- we've got you covered! -Professionally Cleaned & Sanitized -Customizable LED lights w/ remote -Fully Stocked & Equipped Kitchen -Central A/C w/ Smart Thermostat -Private Gated Parking (gate clicker provided in unit) -The thermostat is located behind the TV in the living room. You can pull the TV mount away from the wall to access it. Guest access ONE parking spot allowed - Gate clicker is provided in unit * There will be a $150 replacement fee if clicker is not returned* Other things to note Washer & Dryer facilities located in building - directly behind the unit. Additional Rules 1. All guests will be required to sign a RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT. 2. This is a non smoking unit. Any evidence found will lead to a $1,000 fine (per violation). 3. Unauthorized pets will be subject to $1,000 fine, per occurrence. If you plan on bringing your furry friend, please notify your host prior to arrival. The max number of pets is 1 with a 50 lb weight limit. $65 pet sanitation fee required. 4. No parties/events. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
