IMPORTANT NOTICE The apartment is fitted with standard Kenyan power sockets (Type G), which have three rectangular pins arranged in a triangular pattern. Kindly carry a universal multi-plug adapter if your charger is not compatible. Cleanliness & Housekeeping Please maintain general cleanliness throughout your stay. Dispose of all trash in the designated bins. Wipe spills immediately and avoid leaving food uncovered. Kindly report any accidental spills or damages so we can assist promptly. Housekeeping Schedule: Long-term stays: Housekeeping is provided twice weekly on your selected days. Short stays (less than 3days): Housekeeping is provided upon checkout only. TV & Remote Please return all TV remotes to the TV stand after use. Shower Instructions Turn on the water gently (avoid opening the tap fully). Switch on the shower heater using the switch located at the washroom entrance. Allow a few seconds for the water to heat. After showering, switch off the shower first, then turn off the water. (This helps protect the heating element.) General Courtesy Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Please keep noise levels low, especially during the evening and night. Overnight stays are limited to guests included in the booking (Maximum of 2 guests per apartment unless approved in advance). Checkout Instructions Please leave the key in the lockbox and ensure it is securely closed. Turn off all taps and lights, and ensure the toilet is properly flushed before departure. Need Assistance?
