The Granny flat is located under our 2 story home. Totally self-contained with private access. Fridge, washing machine (shared), espresso machine, kettle , toaster, microwave. En-suite shower and toilet. We have free range chickens on a 800m block with vegetable and herb garden 🪴 The space The Granny flat is located under our 2 story home. It's bright and cozy and has everything you need for a short stay in Lismore Heights. We are a family of 3 with chicken in the backyard. You have a small kitchenette equipped with microwave, expresso machine, kettle and toaster. The ensuite bathroom is modern and spacious. There is a comfortable queen bed. Other things to note: We have done our best to insulate the floor above. However, with timber floors there is still some noise that travels. We do our best to be mindful of guests with quiet times 8:40am- 3pm and 8pm- 7am. If you are sensitive to noise, our place may not be for you. Guest access Access is by a path down the eastern side of our house. The studio has a private garden with small deck and is completely for guests.
