This Lakehouse cottage is perfect for all kinds of family fun! Sitting on the largest private beach in Paugus Bay, this cottage has two bedrooms with full size beds as well as a full sofa bed You’ll be able to enjoy the swim dock, sun deck, BBQ grill and more. Neighboring the famous Naswa Bar and Grill, and less than a 10 minute walk to the Weirs Beach Blvd. Boat rentals just across the way at the Winnie Marine. Central to all of Laconia and one of the most desirable locations on the lake The space Each of the two bedrooms features a full-size bed, a dresser, and a space to hang your clothes. The living room includes a full-size pullout couch for additional sleeping arrangements. The bathroom is compact but fully equipped with provided toiletries. Please note, there is no bathtub—only a stand-up shower—Shower towels are provided! No beach towels on site. Extra bed linens, a quilt, and kitchen towels are conveniently stored on the corner shelves in the bedrooms Guest access Guests have full access to the private beach, all common areas, and two designated parking spaces, as shown in the photos. Please note that docks and boat slips are not available. Each cabin is assigned its own table and chairs for your convenience. A dumpster is located at the top edge of the property along the main road. Please dispose of your trash there before leaving the property Other things to note Kitchen stocked with all essentials - k cups, Brita water filter, pots, pans, etc. Linens are provided - sheets, pillows, cases, bed spreads. Hand towels for the kitchen and bathroom will be provided. Spares are in one of the bedrooms. Shampoo / conditioner, body wash / soap provided. No beach towels provided. Please bring your own. Trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc will be provided. Quiet hours 10pm-8am. No glass on the beach.
