It has an elevator and dedicated parking place. Self Check in. A bedroom is equipped with comfortable quality bed. A fully equipped kitchen with dining space attached to it, it will offer you everything you might need for preparing a fast meal , or just enjoying your first FOC coffee or tea in the morning! A great big balcony with coasy furniture surounded with natural bamboo trees that ensure your privacy. The living room has a comfy sofa small coffe table and stools with a pleasant view to the fireplace. There is one bathroom with all amenities for guests as a hair dryer, soap, hair and body shampoo, slippers. The apartment is equipped with Air Conditioning, central heating, and wide screen smart LCD TV. You can safely leave all your luggage and personal belongings at the entrance to the apartment, where there is a walk-in closet with 2 large built-in wardrobes and an integrated safe for valuables. Guest access All our guests can use everything what is in the apartment, including FOC coffe & tea , refreshing drinks in the fridge . A parking space in the underground garage or an outdoor parking space is reserved for you. Other things to note We will send you details for checking in after the booking is confirmed so direct and personal contact is not neccesarry , we won't meet in person. The E-Visitor system is used to register guests in Croatia, with which we collect guests' personal data (legal obligation of the landlord, this right derives from our legal obligation), and this processing is fully in accordance with the GDPR. If the guest refuses to provide his personal data, we have the right to refuse to provide the service. Data is collected: ID card number, first and last name, gender, place of residence, country of birth, date of birth and citizenship. We will be at your disposal during your stay for any qustions or additional information.
