The kitchen is brand new and ready for cooking including a big refrigerator with ice dispenser. The kitchen also has a round dining table where you can sit together and eat if you wish to be close to the cooking pots. The kitchen has an induction stove, electric oven, microwave, big refrigerator with ice dispenser and cold water, freezer, toaster, filter coffee, and all you need in terms of utensils. The two bathrooms are brand new, and the main bathroom has a spacious shower. Apart from a big living room, there is another big dining room with lots of books and a built in sofa next to the windows where you can relax. There are classical wooden floors all over the apartment. Guest access - Washing machine available in the kitchen - the entire apartment except small storage room by the entrance. - backyard - Please be aware the apartment is on the second floor, and there are no elevators. Other things to note - The apartment is suitable for 4 adults and 3 kids. Please be aware it is difficult to find parking after 16.00. Sometimes you will have to park the car a couple streets away in order to find parking. - For trash, please take it down to the backyard where you will find huge trashcontainer in the trash houses. There are ongoing renovations taking place outside the apartment on the building facade. A scaffold has been set up in front of the apartment for the facade work. You may experience occasional noise during the daytime on weekdays.
