Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. ***Please no smoking $350 Smoking fee minimum will apply. Guest access The entire home and backyard are yours to enjoy! You can use the community pool at the very entrance of the community as well as making good use of the fun in-house, so you don't have to go anywhere! Other things to note Recycling and Trash are as follows: Recycling: Wednesday morning Trash: Thursday morning *please take the bins to the curb the night before! **$50 minimum pickup fee will be charged if trash/recycling is not brought to the curb in time and trash/recycling is not picked up!! Weekly/Bi-weekly contractors: Hot tub maintenance happens every Wednesday between 8am to 10am. They will enter through the side gate and work quietly. If you have pets please bring them inside. Landscaper will come every other Wednesday!
