The TV stereo can be on for a maximum of one whole night without any neighbors being affected. The main building is often empty. I have two residences and if I am not in the main building, I am 200 meters away. Other things to note The shower can take a few extra minutes to get warm in winter. Recommend turning it on a few minutes before you plan to take a shower. Laundry facilities are not available. If this is desired, it may be possible to arrange in the main building to the extent that I am available.
