Our guest cabin, located next door to our house, includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom located on 76 acres within easy driving distances (30 min - 2 hours) to area attractions near Florissant, Colorado Springs, and Buena Vista. Pets considered on case-by-case basis. Please discuss any plans when requesting to book. GPS will send you to the wrong place so pay special attention to the directions from host. No AC. The space Located just east of Florissant off Highway 24, a scenic three-mile mountain road takes you up to our property. Prepare yourself for country driving as the road is narrow, unlit, and likely not on your GPS - best to arrive during daylight unless you're familiar with the area and keep an eye out for critters in the road! Other than Verizon, most cell service is spotty, so please screen shot directions and make any phone calls before leaving the main highway. We have a landline for your use, once you arrive should you need it. We are also located nearby on the property, as shown in the pictures, but are happy to respect your privacy unless you require assistance or are feeling particularly chatty! We have the household basics including coffee, some pantry items, dishes, linens, and towels. We also keep a stock of games, books, and DVDs if you've had your fill of the great outdoors at the end of a long day. Please respect any fire bans in place during your stay. Check the Teller County website shortly before your stay for any posted restrictions that might apply. There is no AC, please note if booking in summer-AC is not typical in this area. We are pet-friendly but please disclose whether you plan to bring a pet as other animals live on the property. Do not leave unattended pets in the cabin or on the property.
