Walk to Mercato and Ritz Carlton. Short bike ride to Delnor Wiggins and grocery stores: Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Walmart, 2 Publix Markets. Smart flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, beach towels/chairs/4 bikes, equipped kitchen and everything needed for an amazing vacation. Two bunkbeds with trundles 6 beds total - Office/Bedroom Queen Sleeper Sofa 1st floor (recently added for more privacy, work from home or area for video gaming). - Pool and Spa are heated, lit and screened - Fresh linens and towels - Free wifi and smart Tv with Cable - Lanai overlooking pool - Four bicycles - Beach and Pool gear PETS considered with Approval (1 small dog no larger than 30 lbs, Deposit, daily fee, and additional cleaning fee required. Guest access Access to entire private home screened backyard with pool and spa Other things to note Bring supplies: soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels and coffee with you. A few items are provided to get you started your first day there. We think we have everything completed and ready for you to have a great stay. Since we are just starting to rent this house out, If we've missed anything let us know within the first 12 hours and we will try to correct it. Bicycles and Beach and Pool Supplies: There are 4 adult bicycles provided for your use as well everything needed for a day at the beach(chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc.) Plenty of pool supplies to make your time enjoyable. Other things to note We already had extensive cleaning measures in place, and are making sure each high touch surface(door knobs, handles, etc.) is wiped down with isopropyl alcohol before each guest. Minimum supplies provided for each reservation: - at least 1 full roll of paper towels. generally 1-1/2 rolls - 3-4 rolls of toilet paper - Hotel toiletries and soap bars for each bathroom - Isopropyl alcohol when you are out and about and want to wipe things down - all laundry and dishwashing detergent needed - Note: generally all additional supplies are located under the sinks in the bathrooms or kitchen ----------------------------------- Bring supplies: soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels and coffee with you. A few items are provided to get you started your first day there. Our property manager lives nearby in case any issues arise. Outside Barbecue grills are maintained by the guests. You may have to fill the propane tank or clean them depending on the prior guest. 4 Bicycles available for guest use. Guests use bicycles at their own risk.
