You are most welcome to stay in Comely Bank House, a traditional period 2-storey home situated on the outskirts of the historic village of Articlave. Beautiful raised aspect looking out over the Barmouth where the River Bann runs into the sea. Views to Portstewart prom and the Scottish Isle of Islay on a clear day. Built in the 1930s by my grandfather and remaining in our family since, the house has been completely refurbished. We are excited to let you experience our beautiful home! The space This is the ideal base for touring the stunning North Antrim, Causeway coasts or simply slowing the pace, relaxing and admiring the postcard perfect views. If you are a golfer, then Castlerock Golf Club is a must with its fabulous links course set among rolling sand dunes. A short drive away or you can take a leisurely stroll down the 'secret' pathway to reach the course or continue to the beautiful Castlerock beach with the sea cliffs of Downhill and Donegal as its backdrop. Mussenden Temple, Downhill Demesne, Bishops Gate Gardens and Downhill beach are all within walking distance or you can take the car or bike a few miles along to Benone strand, Magilligan with the possibility of a day trip to Donegal onboard the Lough Foyle ferry. Travelling the opposite direction, you can reach Coleraine, Portrush, Portsewart, Dunluce Castle, Bushmills, Giant's Causeway etc. all easily covered in a day. You will have full exclusive access to this spacious home, including off-road, parking for multiple vehicles and a large lockable garage for storage of your golfing equipment, bikes, motorcycles etc. Full fibre WiFi throughout the property.
