Other things to note ・Key information will be sent to you 3 days prior to check-in. ・Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the building, including in the rooms and balconies. If any evidence of smoking is found, a special cleaning fee (including odor removal) may be charged separately. ・Please pay special attention to noise at night. ・Please close the windows, turn off the air conditioner and the lights in the room when you go out. ・Please be careful when using cooking utensils, heaters, and other fire-hazardous equipment. ・ We may be charged additional for the costs required to repair, replace or dispose of any damage and losses of furnishings and fixtures. ・ We will charge a disposal fee of 5000 JPY if you leave suitcases or large waste items in this place after check out. ・Quilt covers and bed sheets may differ from the picture on our page as we change them for cleaning.
