Townhouse in Columbia

I look forward to hosting you! This is a private non-smoking/non-vaping/drug free home in a quiet residential family oriented community located just 5 minutes from Historic Downtown Columbia and 45 minutes to Nashville. The room is on the second level of my townhome. There are so many cute shops and restaurants minutes down the road! Columbia has so much to offer and is truly a charming town that is continuing to grow. The space Your room and your private bathroom is on the second floor of my townhome. *You will need to go up stairs when your arrive* You will have a Full size bed, a designated work space, a small Roku TV, blanket warmer, and a portable pedal bike if you'd like to workout in the room! The bathroom is right outside of the room which has a shower/tub. You will be able to hear cars go by at times as the townhome is located off a highway. I live on the second floor as well but you will rarely notice I'm there as I am out and about quite a bit. You will definitely have your privacy. My cat Bleu will be home. He is sweet and also does his own thing. Guest access Please note this is a private room and bathroom only, and no use of the other spaces in the townhome are able to be occupied. Please ask if you need to use the washer & dryer and I will make sure that is available for you to use. During your stay If I am home I will try my best to greet you upon arrival, but if not I will leave your keys under the mat for you to enter in the front door. Happy to interact here & there when I’m home and give you a list of things to do/places to see. Other things to note Check in is between 4pm and 11pm. If you need to check in earlier or later please message me and I will do my best to accommodate! There are stairs to get to your private room right when you walk through the door so please be mindful when going up and down so you do not slip. There is a railing to hold onto as well. They were recently redone and are in great condition.
