And if you are coming from the NAIA International Airport, the condo unit is just 10 minutes by car via the NAIA Expressway. The space Our place has living room, dining table, furnished kitchen, queen size bed and pull-out, sofa bed and bathroom with hot water. Guest access Condominium Lobby The guests can use the excellent and spacious lobby of the condominium as a meeting place or waiting area for their friends and visitors. Security guards and the lobby receptionist are friendly and happy to assist the guests. Swimming Pool Access The pool is available daily from 6 AM to 10 PM at P150 per person. The guest shall strictly follow swimming pool rules and regulations. Other things to note Please send us a scanned copy of your passport or any government-issued ID and the names of the guests to process the authorization form. My caretaker will welcome you upon check-in. Administration will approve before your check-in date. This is a requirement to enter the building. If you want to eat or buy your groceries, the restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, and spas are located on the ground floor of the building. Please ask the lobby guards for directions. If you wish to order food delivery, please download the FOOD PANDA or GRAB FOOD application and pin the delivery address of Sea Residences Tower F, Pasay City. Kindly take note that check-out is strictly on or before 12nn. Late checkout will have additional fees. The Building Administration strictly implements a no smoking policy inside the building and in all common areas and may impose a fine of P5,000 in case of violations. Paid parking is available on the premises at P50.00 for the first 4 hours and P50.00 per succeeding hours. There is an extra fee of P300 for overnight parking from 12:00 Midnight to 6:00 AM. A cheaper option for parking your vehicle is at SM Mall of Asia. Short term parking rate is P50 while overnight parking rate is P350. Our unit is about 10 minutes walking distance to MOA.
