The Alice | Posh Mid Century Modern A Frame

We appreciate your understanding. The space Comfortably sleeps 6 guests, with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two king beds and two twin beds allow for multiple families to have their own space for a quick visit or a longer-term stay. State of the art technology with two 4K Smart TVs, and a Sonos sound bar. Included is one 65 inch Samsung picture frame tv in the main living room, and a 55 inch Samsung in the den. Log into any of your streaming services with ease. Enjoy the gorgeous backyard views with full privacy and access to the fabulous patio and a-frame windows that line the living and dining area. Access to a full-kitchen, private work-from home setup, bonus game room, and onsite laundry make this a hot spot for staying in Bloomington. Great location, with walkable grocery, dining, and local events. Guest access The entire house is yours when you rent The Alice. We do have a private owners closet and garage space that is locked for storage. Otherwise this space is your home away from home while visiting. Other things to note Please note, access to the property is secured via smart locks. This access is provided upon booking, and only allows access for the duration of the stay. No other codes or access is granted. To ensure privacy for our guests there is a locked gate between the house and patio to provide a secluded space to gather. This gate will remain locked and access in and out of the house is through the front door on the left of the property. To ensure safety and privacy, we have three cameras on the outside of the property. One is located on the driveaway above the garage doors facing the street. This provides motion lighting for nighttime access as well as security. The second is located near the doorbell on the front of the house to maintain security for those entering and exiting the property. Lastly, the third camera is facing the backyard gate to ensure privacy. There is no camera visibility on the outdoor patio spaces or any indoor areas. These cameras are a safety feature and ensure your privacy.
