Perfect for 1 or 2 singles, a couple or even 3 singles, as there is a double bed on the mezzanine and a sofa bed in the living room, but also with real mattresses. Please note that the space is intended for 1-4 people and that extra unregistered guests will not be allowed! Guest access Please read the following instructions carefully: If we can make your stay more comfortable in any way, please let us know and/or ask us until the end of the day Whatever is within our reach, once you confirm your reservation you will need to send us a photo of an official document (ID, Driver's License or Passport) of all guests on Airbnb. In any case, we can only guarantee an early check-in free of charge 48 hours before your arrival. If you wanted to be sure of this possibility in advance, we recommend booking the previous night as well. For a late check-out (after 11 a.m.), please let us know at the time of booking. Whenever possible, we will try to serve you at no cost. But likewise, we can only confirm a "late check-out" at no cost 48 hours before the end of the reservation. If you want to be sure of this possibility, I also advise you to book the following night at the time of booking! The apartment is non-smoking!  We ask that you do not smoke inside the apartment; otherwise, a deodorizing cleaning fee of 500 reais will be charged via Airbnb. Pets are not allowed! The apartment is intended exclusively for the guests mentioned and registered at the time of booking. Extra guests will not be allowed! Our building has strict controls in this regard! Therefore, if there is a change in the group, inform us and send us the identity of the group so that I can make the change with the condominium, at least 48 hours before check-in.
