The space Welcome to the "Maddyblue" cabin, a carefully decorated apartment, located on the 4th floor with an elevator of a residence in the heart of Mimizan Plage. The accommodation includes: • 1 BEDROOM separated by a curtain with 2 SINGLE BEDS (80 cm x 190 cm) and storage • 1 BATHROOM with shower and toilet (bath mat and hairdryer provided) • COSY living room with CONVERTIBLE sofa (140 X 190 CM), TV for your relaxing moments. • Equipped KITCHEN area: stove, oven/microwave, dishwasher, mini fridge, FILTER coffee maker, kettle, toaster to prepare your meals with ease. • BALCONY furnished with ocean VIEW, a real asset of the apartment, ideal for enjoying a coffee in the morning or enjoying the sweet Landes evenings around an alfresco meal. • PRIVATE PARKING SPACE, a real plus to explore the area with peace of mind. Located in the heart of Mimizan Plage, the Maddyblue Hut allows you to fully enjoy the Atlantic Ocean and the friendly atmosphere of the resort. The fine sandy beaches, supervised in season, are within walking distance and ideal for swimming, surfing and sunset walks. Nearby: bike paths, Landes forest, water activities, markets and summer entertainment. Many restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors and shops are just minutes away, for a convenient and car-free stay. Other things to note • Bed linen and towels are not provided. You can either bring your own or rent them from the concierge. Bath mats and tea towels are provided. Linen price: Bed linen and towel set, €15 per person. • Cleaning fee not included, to be paid on site upon your arrival in July and August: €75.
