We have a no party, no noise policy.If we get a complaint from a neighbour you will be asked to vacate immediately plus full bond will be claimed. No questions asked. If you are planning a party please book elsewhere. 3. *Pets are allowed* 4. Children. We welcome children of all ages to our property. 5. Please minimise noise between 10PM to 7 AM. No excessive music or loud noise between 10PM to 7 AM to ensure our neighbours can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep. The majority of our neighbours live here full time. If any neighbours report excessive noise, your stay could be terminated and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the full reservation amount.
