The open plan living space offers a fully equipped self catering kitchen with a breakfast nook flowing into the dining room area which seats 6 people comfortably. The lounge has uncapped WiFi and a TV with DSTV NOW and opens up onto the balcony (equipped with a gas braai) which boasts a stunning sea view that overlooks the main Ballito swimming beach as well as the swimming pool area. There are sliding doors that lead out onto a balcony with stunning ocean views and equipped with a gas braai, kick back and relax as you gaze at the ocean, perhaps spot a dolphin or two whilst enjoying a family braai and a couple of sundowners on the covered patio. The complex is conveniently situated across the road from a small shopping centre with a grocery store, restaurants and more. The swimming pool is situated in the gardens and there is direct beach access from the complex via and electronic gate. The complex has 24 hour security and there are two undercover parking bays for your vehicles. Guest access Guest will be able to access the communal swimming pool area. There is a beach gate on the property which leads directly onto Willard Beach and the 5 km promenade. Other things to note We welcome you to a fully equipped self-catering apartment. Upon check in the beds will be dressed and towels will be provided for each guest for your convenience (Guest visits that exceed 7 days will include a linen change and cleaning service on the 8th day).Beach towels are not supplied .In addition we also supply a compact starter pack which includes Tea/Coffee, bottled water, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, soap, moisturiser, a black bag and a dish sponge. Although the apartment is provided on a self-contained basis we would be glad to assist you with any additional services i.e. daily cleaning as well as Linen and towel changes at an additional charge (Please contact our office 24 hours in advance for us to assist you further).
