Condo is in a great location for working at St. E's or other area hospitals, business contract work, etc. Located in Florence just minutes from I-75, it's easy to get in and out of the parking lot. The building is quiet, the condo is comfortable and well lit, and restaurants, retail, and grocery are within 5 minutes. In 20 minutes you can be at Perfect North Slopes in Indiana or downtown Cincinnati. Condo is located in between The Ark and The Creation Museum. The space Enjoy a show on the smart tv equipped with Hulu from the large sectional in the living room. Make a cozy fire in the fireplace when it's cold outside. Dining area seats up to 8 people at the expandable table. A cute cow will watch you cook in the compact kitchen equipped with smooth top stove and double oven. All the cooking and baking equipment needed is in the kitchen and hutch, as well as flour, sugar, oil, salt & pepper. Bedrooms are comfortable sizes -- the Master Bedroom has a king and second bedroom a full bed; both have dressers and closets to hang clothing. Both full size bathrooms have walk-in showers, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, and linens. One private bathroom is accessible from the Master Bedroom and the other is accessible from the hall way and directly across from the 2nd bedroom. Get your laundry done in the stackable unit located on the other side of the kitchen. This place is super convenient inside and conveniently close to everything you'll need for a great stay! Guest access Everything in the condo is available for you to use. Other things to note Please note this is an apartment style building and this unit is on the top floor. You'll park anywhere in the lot, take sidewalk to the exterior door and go inside. Once inside you'll take 6 steps to first landing, 6 steps to 2nd landing, and 6 steps to top floor. Enter your 4-digit code and enter the condo. There are no additional steps once in the unit. There are no assigned spots in the parking lot so you can park anywhere between white lines. A detached garage may, or may not, be available. Text me once you reserve your dates for availability. If you have 2 or more vehicles, you will need to pay $50 per car for the 2nd car if the garage is not available.
