Penthouse in the city center of Montpellier, ideally located for access to the pedestrian center on foot (1 min) with underground garage. The terrace, with an area of 120 square meters, enjoys a breathtaking view of the old city center, and has a small swimming pool. It is a duplex: it allows you to enjoy the living room and terrace upstairs and let the other occupants sleep in the bedrooms. You can eat under the pergolas in the shade in the open air, or in the veranda. The space The apartment is an Airbnb true to their original values, that is, it is our place of life year-round, and we care a lot about it. As a result, we have a policy of only taking guests with positive reviews, and we are very sorry in advance for those who have just arrived on the platform. So you will find clothes in the cabinets, books and CDs, but also of course, all the comforts of an apartment in which we live every day! It's a duplex: on the lower floor you will find the bedrooms and bathrooms and the 2 toilets: this is floor 1. on the upper floor, you have the living room, the kitchen, the children's play area, 1 toilet and the terrace: this is floor 2. Upstairs 1: you will find 3 bedrooms: an air-conditioned master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom as well as toilet, an air-conditioned children's bedroom with 2 single pull-out beds, and a bedroom with double bed (not air-conditioned) with ensuite bathroom In addition, a separate toilet for the lower floor and a small laundry room. Upstairs 2: you will find the living room open to the 120 m2 terrace. It also has a children's corner, toilet, kitchen, veranda/dining room. All around the apartment, a spacious terrace with 3 seating areas each exposed differently, a small pool, a pergola and a barbecue, and above all a unique view of the Ecusson de Montpellier, the old pedestrian city center with unparalleled charm. The pool ("Roman bath" about 12 m2, 1 meter deep) is located on the highest part of the terrace, allowing you to enjoy the view while cooling off! (NB: swimming pool not available from 10/20 to 5/1 each year, and not heatable in July/August) The terrace has a triple exposure (east/north/west) which allows you to enjoy it all day, until the beautiful sunset that can be observed while having a drink from the highest point of the terrace. Guest access The welcome is most often done by a member of our immediate family, or by ourselves directly.
