Beautiful new duplex-off season discounted rates!

Welcome to Pink Sand Hideaway! Our brand-new home (finished in December 2022) is a stunning, modern 1800 sq ft, two-story duplex. Stepping inside, you’ll instantly feel like you’re on vacation, but still right at home! We’re thrilled to be recognized as an Air BnB Guest Favorite! We take great pride in providing the best possible stay for every single guest, every time. The space Our gourmet kitchen is equipped with top-notch stainless steel appliances and white quartz countertops. You’ll have everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal in no time! The dining room table can seat 6 people comfortably, and it can be easily expanded for larger groups. Perfect for entertaining or a cozy family dinner. After a long day, relax in our living room on our super comfy sectional sofa in front of our color-changing electric fireplace. There’s also a 50” TV with Roku connected, so you can catch up on your favorite shows. Need to work during your stay? No problem! We’ve got an office with a desk, monitor, and rolling chair. And if you need a place to crash, we’ve got two twin trundle beds. The primary bedroom is a real treat. It features a brand-new King bed, a 50” Roku TV, an electric fireplace, a huge walk-in closet, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a beautiful tiled shower. The secondary bedrooms are just as nice. They both have memory foam Queen-sized beds, dressers, and Roku TVs. And just a few steps away is a bright and cheerful bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo. Need to do some laundry? Our Whirlpool washer and dryer set is conveniently located on the second floor. We’ve also got laundry detergent, an ironing board, and beach towels for you. After a day of fun and sun, take a break in our screened-in porch and enjoy a cold drink and a beautiful sunset. If you’re into biking or walking, there are bike and walking trails right at the end of the street. We even have three adult bikes available if you need one! And the best part? You won’t have any neighbors directly in front of you, just trees and grass. Perfect for a peaceful retreat. We absolutely love this home, and we know you’ll too! Guest access Guests will have the whole place to themselves, from the first to the second floor! Other things to note Parking is available in the driveway or on the street, as garage access will not be available. We have 3 adult bikes available upon request! They are a fantastic way to see the island 🏝️
