The space This is a 3 bedroom home with 2.5 baths. The rooms are spacious and soothing, the light is beautiful there is a large outdoor living and dining room overlooking our pool, with a 60-inch smart SAMSUNG TV. Parrots, monkeys and loads of birds and plants will distract you from your favorite movies! There is a full kitchen, all cotton bedding, an "office" if needed and room to park two cars in the driveway. Newly upholstered furniture with chic accent pillows and beautiful objects and art. Guest access You have access to the entire house, the pool and patios. except the bodega/basement. including an air conditioned pantry and full kitchen along with washing machine and dryer. The property, inside the gated community, is lovely and beautifully landscaped, and you have access to the large rancho and pool just steps from your front door Other things to note There are two smart tvs (60” on patio, 43” in office/3rd bedroom), 3 queen-sized beds, (one is a pull-out couch with inner spring mattress) and plenty of room for you and your family. We are minutes from great dining and a world-class beach, a short drive to a Macaw reserve and Playa Camoranal (turtle reserve and epic surf) ! About 13-15 minutes to Samara for lots more nightlife and restaurants.
