This ground-floor unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, sleeps up to 4 adults and is just steps away from the soft white sand beaches of Florida's Emerald Coast. Pets welcome. The space The updated kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave, a coffee maker, and everything needed to cook a grand feast of fresh seafood or throw together some sandwiches for the beach. The gathering room has a large smart TV and easy-access phone charging ports with a beachy Florida vibe. The owner’s suite has a king bed, television, bedside charging ports, and an ensuite bathroom including a double vanity, and walk-in shower. In the closet there is additional storage and plenty of space to keep your stuff. The second bedroom has a twin bunk over a queen bed and a television. The closet has plenty of storage, and the newly-updated hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The living room has a lot of space to stretch out and relax while gazing across the golf course. Step outside onto the lanai and enjoy the lush scenery of the 11th fairway of Seascape's golf course while wasting the day away in our wonderful porch swing. We offer corn hole (in shed) or ring-hook for outside recreation, and we have some board games and cards available for game night as well. *New 2024* Washer/Dryer in unit Guest access We have an electronic deadbolt for safety and security. Parking is directly outside the front door. Each reservation includes one parking pass. Additional passes are available for $15 if needed. Being on a cul-de-sac, we never have a problem with parking. There is always plenty of space available.
