Dog friendly beach and pool paradise!

Dog friendly 3 bedroom Huntington Beach house less than a mile from one of the best beaches in SoCal! There is a pool & patio for outdoor living and entertaining. Large living room and formal dining area, fully equipped kitchen. WiFi, smart TV's in each bedroom plus living room. Full laundry room. Next to a huge park with biking and walking paths, playground equipment, tennis courts, and skateboarding zone. Walking distance to the beach. 30 day minimum stay required by the city of HB. The space This home has such light filled spacious feel! The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open to each other, it's great for relaxing and entertaining. There are 3 bedrooms including a master suite with double doors out to the pool area and a king sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom is the smallest and has 2 twin beds (trundle bed), it can also be used as an office. There is a full sized laundry room, and the flooring is tile and vinyl plank-- very dog friendly. We have Casper mattresses, and all of them have hypoallergenic covers as well as all the pillows. We also have an air purifier for anyone who has allergy issues. We provide a beach cart for you to transport your gear to the beach, plus 4 beach chairs and an umbrella if you need those. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom. It has central heating; because it is so close to the ocean most homes here do not have air conditioning. We do have an extra fan if it's really hot, and there is always a great breeze when the windows are open. It is directly adjacent to a huge park with walking paths, pickleball courts, and lots of recreational opportunities. We walk our dogs there multiple times a day and they love it. The beach is a 10-12 minute walk depending on your walking speed, there is a boardwalk and the beach has firepits. There is always something going on at the beach in HB, surfing competitions happen here regularly. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway as well as lots of street parking. Guest access You'll have full access to the entire property except the garage as we have our personal items stored there. Other things to note This is our home for part of the year so we have taken great care to make it comfortable and inviting, pride of ownership is important to us. While this home is not huge, it is very functional and our guests love it. It is located in a nice neighborhood of similar well kept homes. The grocery story is 0.3 miles away, and there is a Trader Joes, Target, and Sprouts nearby-- it's very convenient! The HB pier is a wonderful place to visit with lots of shopping and restaurants. It's a short drive, you could walk there but it's a long walk. There are places to rent bikes to ride on the boardwalk that runs from Newport Beach to Long Beach. Newport Harbor and beaches are also very close by, we have several favorite spots to visit there. It's important to note that Huntington Beach requires a minimum of a 30 day stay. Ideal for snowbirds! Please note in the photos that there are electrical towers behind the home in the park. They don't bother us but you can see them from part of the back yard and from the front yard.
