It includes a bright and comfortable living space, organized around a wood-burning stove that provides a soft and enveloping warmth, particularly appreciated in the cold season. The accommodation also has a reversible heating system, for optimal comfort in any season, including for guests who prefer not to use the stove. The kitchen is fully equipped. Upstairs you will find a bedroom and a bathroom. In winter, the cozy and warm atmosphere created by the stove invites you to slow down, read, cook and enjoy the calm of the surrounding countryside. Guest access Guests have access to the entire gite. Access is easy, with parking in front of the accommodation. The estate remains a living place: some agricultural areas are not accessible. Other things to note The vacation rental is located in the heart of a wine and agricultural estate, in a natural, quiet and preserved environment, punctuated by the seasons. Depending on the time of year, the activity of the estate may vary, while remaining respectful of the tranquility of travelers. A vehicle is recommended to fully enjoy the surroundings. Two small dogs live and work on the estate. Sociable and accustomed to visitors, they can be present near the accommodation.
