For all of you, you'll find a brand-new, fully functioning studio in North Silas, with great transit options. The space The unit has an exceptionally high height and heated floor. A big window lights up this home, and the large 9m2 glazed balcony gives you extra space from early spring to late fall. Full kitchen utensils allow for versatile cooking and a 140 cm double bed and a soft armchair can be opened for a double bed if needed. The residential area of the Postipuisto park is still under construction, and construction noise can sometimes exceptionally be heard inside the apartment during the day. However, thick window panes prevent normal city noise from being heard. The location of the target is excellent. Shopping center Tripla is located a few kilometers away and Helsinki Exhibition Centre is a short distance away. Short walking distance (1 km) to the train station Käpylä. Easy and quik move to the centre of Helsinki (7 min) and to the airport (20 min). Also the buses leave from 150 meters from apartment to the city center or to Mall of Tripla. The apartment has all the facilities for cooking. Other things to note The journey time from the airport by taxi is 15 minutes. By train you can get from the airport to the nearby Käpylä station (I train). The train ride takes about 20 minutes. Parking in front of the house is prohibited. The nearest parking lot is about 150 meters away, in front of Alepa. There is free 4-hour parking at pinskoe street. Parking is free on P.O. Street from 12am to 6pm. Longer term parking in the area is available for a fee. Otherwise parking can be paid for at Easypark, among other things.
