We are delighted to offer our lovely cottage in Mylor Bridge, only 3 minute walk to the water at the beautiful Mylor Quay. The renowned waterside Pandora Inn & The Lemon Arms pubs are a short walk away. Close to the stunning sailing waters of the Fal Estuary. 10 minutes drive from Truro, Falmouth and many stunning beaches. Village shop with off licence, post office, butchers & fish shop. Exclusive driveway parking for 2 cars & large private, beautifully stocked garden. The space Guest will have exclusive use of this peaceful single storey property. Two good size bedrooms, one has a kingsize bed, the second bedroom has twin single beds, each 3ft wide. Hypnos mattresses throughout. Both bedrooms look out onto gardens. Bedding & towels provided. Large lounge, dining room, and fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher & espresso coffee machine. Bathroom with WC, sink, corner bath & shower over. Seperate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Sunny conservatory with seating area, private garden, patio area, table and chairs. The gardens have an array of lovely plants to add interest throughout the year including a delightful Magnolia tree, roses, bulbs, herbs and the deliciously smelling Juniper! With a variety of wildlife including many song birds, Tawny Owls and even a Hedgehog who likes to visit! Off-road private parking, stress free holidaying! Space for 2 cars or a car and boat on the driveway. Plentiful on street parking. Plenty of room to store kayaks, toys etc in the back garden. Guest access Exclusive use of house, driveway, front & rear gardens, utility room with washing maching & tumble dryer. We will try to make your holiday as stress free as possible, we have installed a keysafe so you can access the property when it suits you (after 3pm). The same applies to vacating the property, anytime before 10am that suits you. Simply use the keysafe to deposit the key. Before you arrive at the property you will be provided with the code for the keysafe. Other things to note Single storey property. One step at front door, one step at the rear of the property through the conservatory. Can supply photos if required.
